There’s nothing quite like fresh homemade juice. Making your own juice ensures not only taste but also nutrition. And guavas are packed with nutrition. Guavas contain potassium and soluble fiber that are good for your heart. They also contain a ton of vitamin C. In fact, one guava contains twice as much vitamin C as one orange. Guavas are also great for juicing, so you can swap your morning glass of orange juice for guava juice instead. So go ahead and use our easy-to-follow recipe for Homemade Fresh Guava Juice to enjoy with friends and family.
