Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Guava - ripe & diced
  • 1 Liter Water
  • 1 Lime - Juiced
  • 80-100 grams (~1/2 cup) Sugar 

Instructions

Wash, rinse and remove any rotten bits from the guavas before dicing.

Place the diced guava into a bowl and use a masher to purée the fruit. Alternatively you can process the fruit into a blender until puréed.

Strain the fruit to remove the seeds.

Place the strained guava pulp into a jug or pitcher and add the water and lime juice.

Stir in sugar to taste.
