The Primal Diet, also known as the Caveman Diet, is a modern take on traditional hunter-gatherer eating. This diet emphasizes whole, nutrient-dense foods like meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, fruits, and nuts and eliminates processed foods, refined sugars, and unhealthy fats.

One key difference between the Primal Diet and the Paleo Diet is that the Primal Diet allows for the occasional consumption of dairy products. At the same time, the Paleo Diet eliminates all dairy. Additionally, the Primal Diet is less strict and allows for modern-day convenience foods, such as chocolate and wine, while the Paleo Diet eliminates all non-Paleo foods.

Overall, the Primal Diet encourages a balanced and healthy way of eating, emphasizing natural, whole foods that are high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
