Ingredients

For Salad:
  • 1 cup Blueberries

  • 1 cup Raspberries

  • 1 cup Strawberries, sliced thinly

  • 4 medium Kiwis, peeled, sliced thickly

  • 1 small Cantaloupe, cubed

For Dressing:
  • Zest of 1 Lime

  • Juice of 1 Lime

  • Fresh Mint for garnish (Optional)

Instructions

For Salad:

To a large bowl, add blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, kiwis and cantaloupe. Stir until combined.

To a small bowl, add lime zest and lime juice. Whisk well until well combined.
