1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
1/4 cup Coconut Oil, melted
1/4 cup Keto Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Almond Extract
12 whole Unsalted Almonds

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Using a medium-sized bowl add the almond flour, salt and baking soda using a whisk to incorporate the ingredients together.

Using a spatula, mix the coconut oil, maple syrup and almond extract until combined.

Portion out the cookie dough into 12 balls using a cookie scoop or tablespoon adding them to the lined baking sheet.

Use the palms of your hands' roll and even out each portion of cookie dough.

Place a whole almond into the center of each cookie, pressing down slightly to flatten the cookies out.

For 10-12 minutes, bake the cookies in the oven until golden brown. Allow them to cool down on a metal rack for a few minutes before gobbling them up.
