Front View of Grape Salad

Are you feeling stumped as to what to bring for a potluck? This recipe for Grape Salad is sure to be a hit! Grape Salad is said to have come from a Minnesotan who made it for family gatherings at Thanksgiving. The original Grape Salad recipe contains sour cream, but to make this recipe healthy, we used Greek yogurt instead. Besides adding creaminess, Greek yogurt is high in protein, calcium, and probiotics, which promote a healthy digestive system.

What else is in this recipe? Grapes, of course! We used two different types: red and green seedless grapes, so you're getting a nice blend of sweetness and tartness. Then we added cream cheese for even more creaminess, pecans for nuttiness and crunch, white sugar, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract to intensify the flavors. You may also try another variety of salad, like Pickle Salad.
