Most people are familiar with Eggnog for Christmas; however, the various islands of the Caribbean have their own special creamy holiday cocktail. In Trinidad, it’s Ponche a Crème, Puerto Rico has its Coquito and in Haiti it’s called Kremas, Cremas or Cremasse. This recipe will teach you how to make Haitian Kremas. It’s a simple and easy drink to make, serve, store or save for a special occasion. We have also made this dairy-free for those who are lactose intolerant or follow a vegan diet. We hope you enjoy this recipe for the Holidays or any special occasion worthy of a creamy cocktail treat.
