Ingredients

  • 3 cups Frozen Mango, diced 

  • 1 (14-ounce) can Coconut Milk 

  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup 

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender.

Blend on high speed until smooth, scraping down the sides if needed.

Add the mango mixture into an airtight, freezer-safe container before placing it into the freezer. 

Place ice cream in container

Use a whisk to mix up the mango ice cream every 45 minutes until the ice cream has set up.

Let the ice cream freeze for 2 hours, until it's firm enough to hold its shape and pick up using an ice cream scoop.
