Ice cream is a sweet treat that I just can't live without. This Keto Avocado Ice Cream is different from the average chocolate or vanilla flavor, but it is irresistibly delicious. With a light green color, soft creamy texture, and a sweet flavor, one scoop of this keto ice cream is simply not enough. It's made with creamy avocados and mint, which adds a sweet flavor to the ice cream. Best of all, there's no need to worry if you don't have an ice cream machine. This keto avocado ice cream is a no-churn ice cream recipe!

Is Keto Ice Cream Good For Weight Loss?

Eating this keto ice cream alone will not burn fat. However, it will not harm your weight loss goals either. Nevertheless, homemade ice cream is always better than processed ice cream, even if it is keto- friendly. Since this is a homemade keto ice cream recipe, it does not contain preservatives or additives which may impede your progress.

What Makes Keto Ice Cream Keto?

Traditional ice cream is made with lots and lots of sugar. Sugar is not a part of the keto diet because it is extremely high in carbs. What makes this keto ice cream keto is the use of a sugar-free sweetener. Specifically, this ice cream uses an allulose liquid sweetener which is calorie-free.

Will Keto Ice Cream Kick You Out Of Ketosis?

This keto ice cream contains a zero-calorie sweetener. The body cannot process allulose, so this keto ice cream recipe will not kick you out of ketosis.
