Ingredients

  • 1 lb Jumbo Shrimp - pre-cooked, shelled & chopped

  • 1 teaspoon Chinese Five Spices

  • 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil

  • 4 tablespoons Lime Juice

  • 1 Red Onion - diced

  • 1 Clove Garlic - minced

  • 1 Jalapeno - seeds removed & diced

  • 3 large Tomato - diced

  • 1 Avocado - cut into bite size pieces

  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro - chopped

  • Salt & Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

Using a bowl, mix the Chinese five spices, sesame oil, lime juice, onion, garlic, and jalapeño, then season with salt and pepper and set aside for 5- 10 minutes to marinate.

Into a large bowl, add the shrimp, tomato, and avocado, toss, and mix.

Once the sauce has had time to marinate, add to the shrimp and avocado mixture with the cilantro, tossing to mix and coat all the ingredients.

Serve chilled in bowls and enjoy!
