Ingredients

  • 2 medium Kiwis, peeled

  • 7 Fresh Strawberries (reserve 2 for garnishing)

  • 1/2 ripe Banana, frozen

  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk

  • 1/4 cup Coconut Yogurt

  • Juice of 1/2 a Lemon

  • 3 Ice Cubes

  • Fresh Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

To a blender add kiwis, 5 fresh strawberries, banana, almond milk, coconut yogurt and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

Prepare fruits for blending

Add ice, blending until smooth and thick.

Blending fruits with the ice cubes

Pour smoothie into 2 glasses, and slice remaining strawberries partway through. Garnish with strawberries and fresh mint.
