  • 1 cup of Kale (stems removed & chopped) 


  • 1/2 Avocado, chopped 

  • 1/4 Cucumber, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1 tablespoon Keto Maple Syrup (add more if preferred to be sweeter)

  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Protein Powder

  • Tip: Spinach can be used as Kale substitute


Wash the kale, avocado, cucumber, and cup into bite-size using a cutting board. Then set aside.

Add the kale, avocado, cucumber, unsweetened almond milk, maple syrup, and protein powder in a high-powered blender.

Blend everything, ensuring there are no large pieces left.


Pour into a glass or your favorite on-the-go cup & enjoy!
