It's also packed with wholesome, plant-based ingredients. And since we used non-dairy milk as the base, it's vegan too. What's more, this smoothie is perfect for breakfast on the go. Just pack it in your smoothie container, and head out the door. Best, of all, it takes just 10 minutes to get this smoothie ready.

What ingredients are in the green goodness smoothie?

This smoothie contains unsweetened vanilla almond milk, apples, spinach, chia seeds, avocados, and bananas. If you like it tart, you can also add a squeeze or two of lemon juice.

Green smoothies can make you poop. That's because green smoothies are full of fiber and water, which promote healthy bowel movements.

How long can I keep a green smoothie in the fridge?

Do green smoothies make you lose weight?

Green smoothies are packed with nutrition, however, they are not a miracle diet food. The fewer calories you intake in a day the more weight you will burn off. However, if you use a green smoothie to replace a high-calorie meal or snack, it may help you lose weight with time.
