Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Quick Oats

  • 1 Banana Frozen, roughly chopped

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Soy Milk

  • 1 tablespoon Creamy Natural Peanut Butter

  • 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

  • Pinch Kosher Salt

Instructions

Add quick oats to a blender, and blend until finely ground.

Add frozen banana, soy milk, creamy peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and kosher salt. Blend until the mixture is creamy and smooth, scraping with a spatula between pulses.
