Ingredients

Strawberry Vanilla Smoothie
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen Strawberries

  • 1/2 cup of your favorite Milk (dairy, nut, or soy)

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1 teaspoon Sweetener, optional if you like it sweet

  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Protein Powder

Instructions

Set up your high-powered blender. A Vitamix is the best for smoothies.

Remove stems & wash the strawberries in a small strainer if using fresh strawberries. If using frozen, allow strawberries to thaw out in a small bowl for a few minutes so that they will blend smoothly.

Add remaining ingredients to your high-powered blender & blend at high speed until there are no longer any large pieces.

Pour into a glass, or you're go-to, To-go cup, and enjoy!
