Season the chicken with green seasoning and let marinated in a container for at least one hour or overnight for more depth of flavor.
Fill a stockpot ⅔ with water, season with a teaspoon of salt, place on high heat and bring to a boil.
Once the water is boiling add a tablespoon of oil to the pot and then place the pasta in the boiling water and cook for 8–10 minutes until al dente or according to the maker’s instructions.
While the pasta is cooking, place a large deep skillet on a medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
When the oil is hot add the onion, garlic and thyme, sauté for 3 minutes then add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the lemon juice and wine to the skillet and bring to a low simmer for 5 minutes.
Using tongs or a spaghetti spoon remove the pasta from the water and toss with the other ingredients in the skillet.
Mix and toss the cheese and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Once everything is fully incorporated, remove from the heat and serve warm.
