We're huge fans of Caprese like we're sure many of you are. However, they can be quite difficult to serve as appetizers. That's why we made this Caprese on a Stick. You get all the yummy flavors and textures of Caprese, such as creamy fresh mozzarella balls, juicy, sweet cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil. But they're skewered, so they're easy to pop in your mouth, making great appetizers. We also added green olives for a salty, briny taste, and drizzled the skewers with an easy homemade balsamic vinegar glaze made with maple syrup and balsamic vinegar. This adds tanginess and extra sweetness, making these appetizers the perfect bite. Enjoy!
