  1. Into a small bowl, mix the Za’atar seasoning, tahini, oil, lime juice, onion, and garlic into a bowl, and let rest while you slice and dice your salad ingredients.
  2. Using a strainer or a colander, strain, wash and rinse the garbanzo beans and place into a large bowl with the other salad ingredients.
  3. Once everything has been sliced and diced and placed together into a large bowl pour on the dressing mixture and toss to combine and coat.
  4. Serve chilled and enjoy.
