  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese - diced

  • 1 tablespoon Za’atar seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon Tahini

  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 3 tablespoons Lime Juice

  • 1 small Red Onion - sliced

  • 3 cloves Garlic - minced

  • 4 Tomatoes - diced

  • 1 Cucumber - diced

  • 1 Avocado - diced

  • 1/4 cup Parsley - chopped

Instructions

Into a small bowl, mix the Za’atar seasoning, tahini, oil, lime juice, onion, and garlic into the bowl, and let rest while you slice and dice your salad ingredients.

Using a strainer or a colander, wash and rinse the garbanzo beans and place them into a large bowl with the other salad ingredients.

Once everything has been sliced and diced and placed into a large bowl, pour on the dressing mixture and toss to combine and coat.

Serve chilled and enjoy.
