Air Fryer Roast Beef close up

Air fryer roast beef is incredibly tender, juicy, and flavorful, especially when made with a sirloin tip roast. Although the sirloin tip roast can be tougher, using an air fryer transforms it into a delectable and tender cut of meat.

To prepare the Air Fryer Roast Beef, start by brushing the meat with olive oil and seasoning it with a homemade spice blend. Since the air fryer cooks the sirloin tip roast evenly, there's no need to sear it beforehand on the stove. The roast is initially cooked at a higher temperature to achieve a nice sear, then the temperature is lowered to finish cooking until the meat reaches desired tenderness.

Once the air fryer roast beef is is done, allow it to rest before serving. Pair it with delicious side dishes like scalloped potatoes, mashed potatoes, or garlic parmesan asparagus for a satisfying meal.
