Instructions

Whisk the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, ground black pepper, soy sauce, brown sugar-free sweetener, and cornstarch into a large bowl until combined. 
 

Mixing seasonings

Add the chicken breast, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red onion, and broccoli, and toss to combine. Cover the chicken mixture with plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge for 15 minutes. 
 

Mixing chicken, vegetables and seasonings

Preheat the air fryer to 400 °F. 
 

Pre-heating the Air fryer

Remove the chicken from the fridge and unwrap it. 
 

Unwrapping the chicken & vegetables mixture

Coat the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray, then add half of the chicken mixture to the basket in an even layer. 
 

Putting the chicken & vegetables in the Air Fryer

Cook the chicken and vegetables for 5 minutes. Shake the basket and cook the chicken and vegetables for another 5 minutes until the chicken has a temperature of 165 °F. 
 

Cooking the chicken & vegetables mixture

Place the chicken and vegetables onto a serving platter. Wrap the chicken and vegetables loosely with foil to keep them warm and set it aside. Cook the remaining chicken and vegetables by repeating steps 5 and 6.

Serve the chicken and vegetables with rice, potatoes, or any side you desire.
