Whip up this healthy, tasty & vegan Tahini Stir Fry Sauce in less than 10 minutes. Tahini is made from ground sesame seeds and has an umami- like flavor that is nutty, earthy, and slightly bitter. Tahini can be added to some dishes and sauces to create a unique taste. Sesame paste contains a high amount of copper. Copper can help the body in many ways, such as aiding in clotting blood, helps to prevent anemia, can help control blood pressure, and helping absorb iron into the body.

A vegetable-packed stir-fry is a quick meal to make for any day of the week. Best of all, there are always leftovers, have them as a filling lunch or easy dinner the next day. This tahini sauce contains tahini paste, honey, white miso, seasoned rice vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, ginger, sambal sauce & fresh cilantro leaves. Everything is blended up using a food processor or blender, making this sauce quick and easy. It is so addictive you'll find yourself making it repeatedly.

Add Tahini Stir-fry Sauce to roasted cauliflower, use it as a marinade for tofu, and you can even toss the sauce with noodles or add it as a dressing for salads. You'll never question what to make for dinner again.

What mixes well with tahini?

Tahini has a nutty as well as a bitter taste. Balancing these flavors with acidic, sweet, and salty items helps to tie everything together. Soy sauce, maple syrup, and lemon go well with tahini and garlic, yogurt, or fresh herbs to add a powerful punch.

What can I use tahini sauce for?

Tahini can be used to make dips such as hummus, and Baba ganoush is served as a condiment with dishes like shawarma wraps and falafel or added to sauces or dressings.

Is tahini a fat or protein?

Tahini contains both healthy fats and protein. For example, in 1 tablespoon of tahini, there are 3 grams of protein and 8 grams of fat.
