In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add orange juice, water, and sugar, stirring well.
Bring to a boil, then add cranberries, orange zest, salt, and cinnamon stick.
Bring to a boil and then let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Once the sauce is ready, discard the cinnamon stick.
Using a ladle, place sauce in a serving bowl.
Allow sauce to cool, then cover and place in the fridge.
Once ready to serve, garnish with orange zest and fresh mint.
