For this Broccoli with Garlic Sauce recipe, onions and garlic are cooked in sesame oil, tossed with broccoli, soy sauce, vegetable stock, sesame seeds, and homemade chili oil to add some kick. Add this as a side dish or pair it with brown rice and have it on its own.

Add the sesame oil into a wok or large pan, placing it onto medium high heat on the stovetop.

Add the onions, and garlic, and sauté for 1 minute; careful not to burn the garlic.

Add the vegetable stock and soy sauce to the broccoli. Cook and mix using a wooden spoon for 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still crunchy.
