Adding Sriracha is a nice way to spice up your vegan diet. And unlike commercial Sriracha sauce, this Homemade Sriracha contains no additives. We used red jalapeño peppers to add tons of heat, and light brown sugar to balance out the sauce with some sweetness. Meanwhile, the vinegar adds acidity and the sea salt rounds out the flavors.

Tip: Use gloves while chopping the jalapeño peppers to protect your hands from the sting of jalapeño peppers.
