Bacon and cheese are always a good combination, and this Bacon Cheese Dip is no different. Instead of making this keto dip the plain, we decided to spice things up with jalapeños. But if you don't like spicy foods, you can reduce the amount to 1 jalapeño or leave them out. Made with lots of cheese and an entire pound of bacon, this dip is rich, creamy, and delicious that you won't be able to eat one scoop of it, so get your keto crackers or nacho chips ready to dive into this tasty dip.

How Long Does Bacon Cheese Dip Last In The Fridge?

This bacon cheese dip will last in the fridge for 3-4 days. Unfortunately, because this bacon cheese dip is made with lots of dairy products, it will not freeze well, so stick to storing it in the fridge.

What Chips Go With Bacon Cheese Dip?

Tortilla chips go best with bacon and cheese dip. However, you can use any chips you prefer, such as potato, corn, or pita chips. But make sure the chips you serve with this dip are keto if you are on the keto diet.

Instructions

In a skillet, add bacon slices. Set it over medium-high heat and cook it for 4-5 minutes per side. Place the bacon onto a paper towel-lined plate. Once the bacon has cooled down, add it to a cutting board, and chop it into small pieces using a knife. Set the bacon aside.
In a stand mixer, add cream cheese and mix for 30 seconds until creamy.
Add the sour cream, whole milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder and mix on low speed until combined.
Add the 3 cups of cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeño, and 3/4 of the bacon and mix until combined.
Spread the bacon cheese dip into a large oval baking dish and top with the cheddar cheese, sliced jalapeños, and the remaining bacon.
Bake the bacon cheese dip for 30-35 minutes until the cheese melts and the dip is golden brown.
Garnish the bacon cheese dip with the scallions and serve with sliced avocados and keto nacho cheese chips.
