Nothing beats crackers when it comes to an easy appetizer or snack to munch on. But your typical crackers are not precisely keto-friendly. These Keto Crackers are perfect for snacking on at just 1.7 grams of net carbs per serving. They're crispy and cheesy and are perfect on their own. Or you can top them with cream cheese and sliced veggies to make them even more satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Flour

  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • 2 tablespoon Water

  • Cream Cheese for topping (Optional)

  • Sliced Tomatoes for topping (Optional)

  • Sliced Cucumbers for topping (Optional)

  • Fresh Herbs for topping (Optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 °F. Using parchment paper, line a large stainless steel baking sheet.

In a high-speed blender or food processor, add almond flour, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and salt, until a dough forms. If your dough is extra-crumbly, add two tablespoons of water.

Place a large sheet of parchment paper on your kitchen counter. 

Place dough on it, and using a rolling pin, flatten your dough until it is 1/4 inch thick.

Then slice it into squares using a pizza cutter.

Using a fork or toothpick, pierce the dough to create holes.

Place the squares on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1/2 inch apart.

 

Bake for 12 minutes, using a spatula to rotate them halfway through.

Transfer them to a wire rack to cool after removing them from the oven.

Once cool, top crackers with cream cheese, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and fresh herbs.

Transfer the rest of the crackers to an airtight storage container to maintain freshness.
