- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Water
- Cream Cheese for topping (Optional)
- Sliced Tomatoes for topping (Optional)
- Sliced Cucumbers for topping (Optional)
- Fresh Herbs for topping (Optional)
In a high-speed blender or food processor, add almond flour, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and salt, until a dough forms. If your dough is extra-crumbly, add two tablespoons of water.
Place a large sheet of parchment paper on your kitchen counter.
Using a fork or toothpick, pierce the dough to create holes.
Place the squares on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1/2 inch apart.
Once cool, top crackers with cream cheese, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and fresh herbs.
