When you think of Peanut Dipping Sauce, you may automatically think of Thai cuisine; however, it originated in Indonesia. It is now enjoyed in large parts of Southeast Asia. This Vegan Peanut Dipping Sauce is as good as it gets. We used natural peanut butter for that luscious creaminess you expect. Meanwhile, the coconut aminos add umami and sweetness, and the maple syrup intensifies the sweetness even more.
The rice vinegar and lime juice add tanginess, and the fresh ginger and chili garlic sauce add some heat without overpowering your palate. We finished by topping the sauce with chopped roasted peanuts to add a much-needed mouth feel. This Peanut Dipping Sauce is so yummy you'll want to eat it right out of the bowl. However, feel free to serve it with chopped veggies, rice wraps, or baked tofu.
Another great sauce for dipping is this one for Trinidad Garlic Sauce, this can be used for all the dipping listed above and beyond,
