We are looking for comfort food that's ready in a jiffy. This Chicken Primavera is a quick 30-minute dinner that's loaded with flavor. Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Dry Spaghetti
     

  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets 
     

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
     

  • 1 pound Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
     

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
     

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder 
     

  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder  
     

  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper 
     

  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced 
     

  • 2 Shallots, minced
     

  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
     

  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
     

  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
     

  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
     

  • 1/4 cup White Wine
     

  • 1/4 cup Low-Sodium Chicken Broth 
     

  • 1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
     

  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
     

  • 4 Cherry Tomatoes, sliced, for garnish
     

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Basil, chopped for garnish

Instructions

Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water using the package directions. Add broccoli to the spaghetti water during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain the spaghetti and broccoli in a colander and set them aside.

Place olive oil into a large skillet and set it over medium-high heat. 
 

Prepare skillet for cooking

Place chicken breasts in a bowl, sprinkle the 1 teaspoon kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper over them, and toss to coat them in the seasoning.

Next, add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook them for 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are browned.

Place the chicken breasts onto a plate and set them aside.

Add garlic, shallots, basil, and rosemary, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add cherry tomatoes, frozen peas, and the remaining salt, and cook for 3 minutes.

Add white wine and use your cooking spoon to scrape the browned bits of food off the bottom of the skillet.

Stir in chicken broth and heavy whipping cream and cook for 2 minutes.

Add pasta, broccoli, and chicken breasts and toss to combine. Cook for 2 minutes until everything is heated through.

Add Parmesan cheese and toss to combine. Remove the chicken Primavera from the heat, divide it between 4 plates, and top with sliced cherry tomatoes and basil.
