2 Bell pepper - julienne cut
1/4 cup Black olives - sliced
1/4 cup Parsley leaves - chopped
100 ml Oil from the Sun Dried Tomatoes
1 tablespoon Tahini
2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
2 cloves Garlic - minced
1 teaspoon Chives - minced
½ teaspoon Oregano - dried
¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
