Ingredients

  • 2 cups Water 

     

  • 3 Vanilla Beans 

     

  • 1 Cinnamon Stick 

     

  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground Cardamom

     

  • 2 teaspoons Sugar-Free Sweetener

     

  • 1 Earl Grey Tea Bag

     

  • 4 tablespoons Coconut Milk

Place the water into a small pot set it over medium-high heat and let it heat for 3–5 minutes until it comes to a simmer. 

 

Cut 1 vanilla bean in half. Remove the seeds from the vanilla bean using the back of a paring knife and add them to the water. 

 

Halve one vanilla bean and scrape out the seeds from the pod with the back of a paring knife. Then, incorporate the extracted seeds into the water.

Add the split vanilla bean, cinnamon stick, cardamom, and sugar-free sweetener and cook it for 2 minutes until it reaches a rolling boil. 

 

Include the divided vanilla bean, cinnamon stick, cardamom, and sugar-free sweetener, and simmer for 2 minutes until it reaches a vigorous boil.

Remove the vanilla tea from the heat, add the tea bag, cover it, and let it steep for 5 minutes. 

 

Take the vanilla tea off the heat, introduce the tea bag, put a lid on it, and allow it to infuse for a duration of 5 minutes.

Strain the vanilla tea into a small pitcher, then pour it into 2 tea cups. 

 

Filter the vanilla tea into a compact jug and subsequently distribute it into 2 teacups.

Add 2 tablespoons of coconut milk to each cup and stir to combine. 

 

Pour 2 tablespoons of coconut milk into each cup and mix it in.

Garnish each glass of vanilla tea with the remaining vanilla beans before serving. 

Before serving, decorate each glass of vanilla tea with the leftover vanilla beans.
