Fresh strawberries are layered with granola and Greek Yogurt for a yummy, satisfying dessert. You've got the juicy, sweet strawberries, crunchy granola, and creamy Greek Yogurt. To make this parfait, let your strawberries rest for 5 minutes in a bit of sugar. This makes the strawberries release some of their juices. Then layer the Greek yogurt, granola, and strawberries in their juices in a glass or Mason jar.

Besides being yummy, this Strawberry Parfait is nutritious too. The strawberries provide fiber, immune-boosting vitamin C, potassium essential for healthy blood pressure, and antioxidants. Meanwhile, Greek Yogurt includes calcium and protein, while granola provides heart-healthy fats, fiber, iron, and plant-based protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, diced

  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

  • 1 cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 1/2 cup Granola

  • Fresh Mint Leaves for garnish (Optional)

Instructions

To a small bowl, add strawberries and sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes to allow strawberries to release their juices.

Assemble parfait in a glass as follows: place 1/4 cup of the Greek Yogurt at the bottom, followed by 1/4 cup granola, 1/2 cup strawberries with their juices, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup granola, 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt, then the rest of the strawberries and their juices. Garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!
