Fall is the time for warm drinks, but sometimes you want to rebel - and have an icy cold latte instead. This Pumpkin Spice Latte has all the flavors of fall, served over ice. The pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice add lots of autumnal flavors, and the maple syrup makes this latte naturally sweet. And it's made with almond milk for a lovely nuttiness that will keep your taste buds happy. And it's all topped with coconut whipped cream for a layer of decadence. Best of all, this latte takes just 5 minutes to whip up - so you can make it anytime you need a quick pick-me-up!

Ingredients

  • 2 Shots of Espresso

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 2 tablespoons Pumpkin Purée

  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice, plus more for garnish 

  • 1/8 teaspoon Sea Salt

  • Ice

  • Coconut Whipped Cream for garnish (Optional)

Instructions

Add espresso, unsweetened almond milk, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and sea salt to a blender.

Blend until creamy and frothy.

Pour over a glass of ice, topping with coconut whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice.
