Tortilla chips and salsa are great for get-togethers. But sometimes, you want to serve something a little different. This Vegan Pineapple Mango Salsa is a delightful change. It's fresh, vibrant, and delicious. We added pineapples, mangos, and red onions for sweetness, and the jalapeño makes this salsa nice and spicy.
Meanwhile, the cilantro adds herbaceous notes, and fresh lime juice adds acidity. Then we added some salt to tie them all together. Finally, we let the salsa chill for an hour in the fridge for maximum enjoyment.
Ingredients
1 cup Mango, peeled and medium diced
1 cup Pineapple Tidbits
1 medium Red Onion, finely diced
1 Jalapeño Pepper, finely chopped
3 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
Juice of 1 Lime
1/2 teaspoon Salt
