It's fresh, vibrant, and delicious. We added pineapples, mangos, and red onions for sweetness, and the jalapeño makes this salsa nice and spicy.
Meanwhile, the cilantro adds herbaceous notes, and fresh lime juice adds acidity. Then we added some salt to tie it all together. Finally, we let the salsa chill for an hour in the fridge for maximum enjoyment.
