Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh Mango, peeled, roughly chopped 
     

  • Juice of 1 Lime 
     

  • 2 Limes, sliced, divided 
     

  • 10 Fresh Mint Leaves
     

  • 2 ounces White Grape Juice 
     

  • 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup
     

  • 1 cup Ice 
     

  • 2 cups Sparkling Water
     

  • Fresh Mango slices for garnish
     

  • 2 sprigs Mint for garnish

Instructions

Place the mangoes and lime juice into a blender and blend until puréed. Set it aside. 
 

Prepare mango & lime juice for blending

Place 1 sliced lime, mint, white grape juice, and maple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Muddle it for 30 seconds. 
 

Add lime, mint grape juice and maple syrup to a shaker

Add the mango purée to the cocktail shaker. Cover the cocktail shaker with the lid, then shake it vigorously until combined.

Place 1/2 cup of ice into two glasses, then divide the mango mixture between 2 glasses. Next, add 1 cup of sparkling water to each mango mojito, then garnish them with the remaining lime slices, mango slices, and mint sprigs.
