We added some sugar to balance the tartness and poured the lemonade over ice to refresh this drink. Then we garnished it with fresh raspberries and mint leaves for that extra pizza. Add the raspberries and 3/4 cup of lemon juice into a blender. Blend until smooth
Place raspberries into a blender
Pour the raspberry-lemon juice mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl in order to get rid of the seeds.
Sieving the raspberries
Add the rest of the lemon juice, water and sugar to the bowl. Stir well until the sugar dissolves.
Mixing raspberry with lemon, sugar and water
Place some ice cubes into the serving glasses and pour the lemonade on top of the ice cubes. Garnish with raspberries and fresh mint. Serve and enjoy!
