Ingredients

Shells
  • 8 ounces Cheddar Cheese, grated

Filling
  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef

  • 1 tablespoon Taco Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon Green Seasoning

  • Your choice of taco toppings

Instructions

Crunchy Cheese Shells

Preheat your oven, place a rack in the center of the oven and prepare a baking sheet with the silicone mat or parchment paper.

Balance the long-handled spatula/spoon between two mugs and set aside.

Shred the cheese and separate into 8 equal portions

Place two portions onto the lined baking sheet into a circular shape with some space in between the two portions.

Bake in the oven for 6 minutes or until the cheese has melted, and the edges are crisp and brown.

Remove from the oven and cool for 2-3 minutes, then carefully try to lift the melted cheese circle and place it over the kitchen utensil handle to cool into the shape of a taco shell.

Repeat these steps until all shells are hardened and set in their shape.

While the cheese is baking and setting, prepare your filling, and once the shells are cooled and hardened, add your fillings and enjoy.

Taco Filling

Place an large deep skillet on medium-high heat. When the pan is hot, add the beef and sauté.

Mix in the taco seasoning and green seasoning and continue to cook until the beef is cooked.

Add the seasoned beef mixture into the crunchy cheese shells, add your favorite taco toppings, eat and enjoy.
