Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil 

     

  • 1 lb. Lean Ground Beef 
     

  • 3/4 teaspoon Chili Powder
     

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
     

  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
     

  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
     

  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper, minced 
     

  • 1 medium Yellow Onion, minced 
     

  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
     

  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
     

  • 2/3 cups No Sugar Added Tomato Sauce
     

  • 1/2 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar 
     

  • 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar-Free Sweetener 
     

  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
     

  • 4 Keto Burger Buns

Instructions

Place the olive oil into a large skillet and set it over medium-high heat. 

 

Prepare skillet for sautéing

Place the ground beef into the skillet and cook it for 5 minutes, breaking it into smaller pieces using a wooden spoon.

Add the chili powder, salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper to the ground beef and cook it for 2-3 minutes. 
 

Adding seasonings

Stir in the red bell pepper, yellow onion, and garlic, and cook it for 3-4 minutes until the onions soften.

Add the tomato paste, tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar-free sweetener, and yellow mustard, and stir to combine.
