Instructions

Using a pair of kitchen scissors, cut string cheese in half.
To a small mixing bowl, add egg, mixing well.
To a Ziploc freezer bag, add coconut flour, almond flour, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shake well.
Dip a piece of string cheese in the beaten egg, then place in the Ziploc freezer bag, shaking well.
Repeat with the rest of the string cheese pieces.
Place in the freezer for one hour.
Preheat the oven to 400 °F and line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
Place the string cheese pieces on the lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 5 minutes, then flip and bake again for 3 minutes.
