4 Cod Fish Fillets
1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Tarragon - fresh bundle
2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
1 yellow Onion Sliced
1 cup - Rice Select Original Royal Blend
1 3/4 cups Vegetable or Chicken Stock
1 tablespoon Ghee
1 yellow Onion - diced
2 cloves Garlic - diced
1 Bell Pepper - Red & diced
