  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, room temperature

  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar Substitute

  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar Substitute

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1 large Egg

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

  • 2/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips


Add the butter, brown and granulated sugar alternatives to a large mixing bowl.

Use a hand mixer to whip the butter and sugars together for 3 minutes until smooth and fluffy.

Add the vanilla extract and egg to the butter and sugar mixture and whip until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Use a fine mesh strainer to sift the flour, baking soda and cocoa powder together in a separate bowl. Use a whisk to combine all the ingredients together.

Use a spatula to fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, folding until you can no longer see the dry ingredients.

Fold the chocolate chips into the chocolate fudge cookie batter.

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper, divide the cookie batter into 16 equal portions. 

Preparing cookie dough

Use the palm of your hands to roll the cookie dough portions into balls, spreading the dough onto the trays. Add the baking sheets of dough into the fridge and chill for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350 °F, once preheated bake the cookies for 10 minutes until the center of each cookie is set.
