When it comes to Gluten-free recipes, some people feel you have to sacrifice the taste or texture of your favorite dishes. However, we at Classic Bakes Bakery think that any recipe can be a gluten-free recipe with the right mixture of ingredients. The key is choosing suitable gluten-free flour as not all are the same. We chose this all-purpose gluten-free flour for our classic sugar cookies, and the results were delicious! The same simple flavor and texture we love from the original but without gluten. This gluten-free cookie recipe is super easy to follow and bakes in less than 15 minutes. The cookies can be cut into your favorite shapes, decorated with icing and sprinkles, or enjoyed with a dollop of your favorite jam, chocolate, or peanut butter spread. This recipe is also a fun, hands-on activity for friends and family. We hope you enjoy making memories with these special homemade Gluten-Free Sugar Cookies. Also a must-try recipe is the Gluten Free Buttermilk Biscuits.
