Ingredients

  • 3 cups cubed Watermelon

  • 1/2 cup sugar-free Sweetener

  • 2 tablespoons fresh Lime juice

  • 2 tablespoons Mint, minced

  • 1/4 cup Water

  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves

Instructions

Place the watermelon, sugar-free sweetener, lime juice, mint, and water into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Put a fine-mesh strainer over a large bowl, then pour the watermelon sherbet into it. Throw the pulp away.

Cover the watermelon sherbet with plastic wrap. Refrigerate the watermelon sherbet for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Pour the watermelon sherbet into an ice cream maker and churn it using the manufacturer's instructions until it has a thick slush-like texture.
