Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil, divided 

     

  • 1 cloves Garlic, minced 

  • 1 (15.5-ounce) can Navy Beans, drained, rinsed 

  • ¼ teaspoon Cumin

  • ¼ teaspoon Chili Powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon Chipotle Powder 

  • 2 tablespoons canned Green Chilis, chopped 

  • 2 tablespoons Water 

  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped

     

  • Sea Salt to taste 

  • A pinch of Smoked Paprika, for garnish   

Instructions

Add one tablespoon of olive oil, garlic, navy beans, cumin, chili powder, chipotle powder, green chilies, water, and chopped cilantro to a food processor or blender. 

Prepare ingredients for blending

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and fully incorporated, seasoning with sea salt to taste.

Scoop the bean dip into a bowl drizzling on the remaining olive oil and smoked paprika for garnish.
