Ingredients

  • 6 X 8oz Salmon  fillets

  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Oil

  • ½ teaspoon Sesame Oil

  • 2 tablespoons Honey

  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon of Ginger, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

  • 1 pound Green Beans

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425 °F/ 218 °C and place a rack in the center of the oven.

Wash, rinse, trim and cut the green beans, then set aside.

Rub the salmon fillets with the old bay seasoning, place them in a baking dish, and arrange the green beans.

Using a saucepan on medium heat, add the oils, honey, soy sauce, and ginger for 3-5 minutes and mix until all the ingredients have combined into a thin sauce, then remove from the heat.

Pour the sauce over the fish and green beans, then bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the fish is flaky, and the green beans are tender.

Serve warm with your choice of side dish.
