Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Canned Coconut Milk

  • 1 1/2 cups Frozen Pineapple

  • 1/2 Frozen Banana

  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds

  • Fresh Pineapple Wedges for garnish (Optional)

  • Fresh Mint Sprigs for garnish (Optional)

Instructions

Combine pineapple juice, coconut milk, frozen pineapple chunks, a frozen banana, and chia seeds in a blender. Blend until smooth and well combined.

Blend all the ingredients for the Pineapple Smoothie
