Naturally vegan, these Pickled Red Onions are the perfect garnish for almost any dish with added beautiful bright color. Top them onto tacos, fajitas, salads, and sandwiches, pair them with grilled steak or add a pop of color to your vegetables. All you need is a combination of 3 ingredients; fresh lime juice, salt, and thinly sliced red onions. Store them in a sealed container, and they will keep for up to 1 week in the fridge. Onions are high in antioxidants, help fight inflammation, and reduce cholesterol levels.
