There's nothing like having a nice cup of hot chocolate on a snowy day. But your typical hot chocolate is loaded with carbs, carbs, and more carbs. This Keto Hot Chocolate is creamy and rich. The nuttiness of the almond milk is an excellent complement to the chocolate flavor of the cocoa. And it's ready in just 10 minutes. So in no time at all, you can bundle up with a piping hot cup of hot chocolate.

  • 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

  • 1 tablespoon Swerve

  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, divided

  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract


To a small saucepan over medium-low heat, add cocoa powder, Swerve, and 2 tablespoons of almond milk.

Using a whisk, whisk until mixture is smooth.

Increase heat to medium, and add the rest of the almond milk and heavy whipping cream.

Using a whisk, occasionally whisk until the mixture is hot.

Add vanilla extract, stirring well.

Pour into a mug or travel mug.
