How to describe the taste and consistency of a chocolate Frosty? It's a hybrid of a chocolate shake that meets chocolate ice cream—smooth, rich, creamy, and velvety textures of a halfway frozen shake and undeniably delicious. Using a powdered sugar alternative and unsweetened cocoa powder instantly becomes a sugar-free Keto Frosty with less than 3/4 of the total net carbs of a traditional frosty. Of course, you will need to set aside time for it to set up in the freezer for 30 minutes, but it's worth it.

Cocoa is made of many nutritional components, including antioxidants; cocoa may even help put you in a good mood and lower your stress levels. So why wouldn't you want a Keto Chocolate Frosty in your life? 70% cocoa powder will give you the right amount of chocolaty flavor. If you can't locate 70% cocoa powder and will do, be sure it doesn't have any added sugar. Add some unsweetened protein powder or your favorite nut butter, and you have a powerful pick me up for any time of the day.

Instructions

Place heavy cream into a large bowl
Using an electric hand mixer with the beater attachment, whip the heavy cream on low speed until the cream is fully whipped with soft peaks when you pull the beaters back. If you don't possess a hand mixer, you can also use a blender on low speed to whip the cream.
Add in the powdered sugar, vanilla, and cocoa powder. Whip the mixture on low speed to fully incorporate the ingredients.
Wrap the bowl with cling film and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Remove the bowl from the freezer and give it one final whip with the hand mixer to frosty it up!
Portion out into chilled glasses with large straws, and you have yourself a keto chocolate frosty.
