This keto recipe is flavorful and delicious. Keto Apple Crisp combines the nutty flavor of almonds with the tart yet sweet flavor of Granny Smith apples. We used almond flour, oat fiber, vanilla extract, and coconut milk to make the crunchy topping. This keto apple crisp can be assembled in ten minutes, and you can relax while the apple crisp bakes in the oven and fills your house with a delicious aroma. This keto apple crisp is the perfect dessert if you are big on texture.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups Almond Flour

  • 1/4 cup Oat Fiber

  • 1/4 cup Sugar-Free Sweetener

  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

  • 1/8 teaspoon Cloves

  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

  • 1/2 cup Coconut oil melted

  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract

  • 6 Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored, cut into slices

  • 1/4 cup chopped Almonds

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Lightly coat a 13 by 9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Whisk almond flour, oat fiber, sugar-free sweetener, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt in a medium bowl.

Whisk melted coconut oil and vanilla extract in a small bowl.

Add the coconut oil mixture to the almond flour and stir until a dry crumble mixture forms. 

Place the Granny Smith apples and apples into the bottom of the baking dish. Add the crumbled almond mixture on top. 

Spread the apples and almonds in the prepared baking dish and top with the crumbled mixture.

Cover the apple crisp and bake it for 40-50 minutes until the apple filling is bubbly. 

Remove the foil. Bake for 10 minutes until apple crisp is golden brown.

Cool the apple crisp for 10-15 minutes before serving.
