Instructions

Coconut Whipped Cream:

Beat the coconut cream in a medium bowl with a hand mixer for 30 seconds.  
 

Beat the coconut milk in a bowl with a hand mixer.

Add the powdered sugar-free sweetener and peppermint extract and mix it for 1 minute until combined.

Peppermint Iced Mocha:

Place the almond milk, cacao powder, sugar-free sweetener, peppermint extract, mint, and espresso into a glass measuring cup and mix it with a handheld frother until combined. 
 

Combine the ingredients and mix with a frother until combined.

Divide the ice between 2 glasses. Divide the espresso between each glass. 

Divide the ice between 2 glasses, then pour the espresso mixture. 

Top each ice peppermint mocha with coconut whipped cream and the crushed sugar-free candy cane.
