Looking for a new protein to add to your menu? Try goat meat!
Goat meat certainly isn't as popular of a protein choice as beef or chicken; however, goat meat is one of the healthiest red meats. It's extremely popular in places such as the Caribbean, Africa, and the Middle East. It's also quite versatile; it can be stewed, slow-roasted, pan-seared, or grilled, such as in this recipe.
To add some spice and Caribbean "flava", we marinate the goat loin overnight in our very own Jerk Paste, then wrap it in foil, and grill it at a low temperature. This results in moist and delicious Grilled Goat Meat, which we paired alongside grilled bell peppers, Roma tomatoes, and Brussels sprouts to make a healthy, yet tasty meal.
